How Do I Receive My Items? Delivery Methods Explained
We have made the delivery process seamless and fast. Depending on the specific Roblox game (Place) you bought items for, delivery works in one of two ways:

1. Automatic Delivery (Mailbox / Gifting)
This is the instant method for games with global exchange systems (e.g., Pet Simulator 99, TTD). If the game has a Mailbox feature, you don't need to do anything extra. Once paid, our system will automatically send the item to your username via the in-game mail. Just check your mailbox!

2. Manual Delivery via Private Server (Trade)
For games without a mailbox (e.g., Murder Mystery 2, Adopt Me), we use a secure Private Server transfer.
