«Operator» - the rights holder of the portal https://1rbx.shop, is a party to this User Agreement. The Operator administers and maintains the portal, provides users access to the portal and services (including paid services) under the terms of this agreement.

2.1. The Operator provides access to the Portal (Services, Features, Paid Services) to an unlimited number of persons under the terms of this Agreement.
«Additional Paid Services» - providing the User with additional special features of the Portal for a fee. These services are optional and provided at the User's request. Paid Services are also provided by the Operator exclusively within the Portal.
3.1. From the moment of accepting this Agreement, the User has the rights and fulfills the obligations stipulated in this Agreement.
3.2. The User accepts and agrees to the terms of this Agreement by registering on the website: https://1rbx.shop. Acceptance constitutes the User's full and unconditional agreement with all terms and appendices of this Agreement.
3.3. If the User disagrees with any terms or appendices of this Agreement, they must cease using the Site.

3.6. Under this Agreement, the User has the right to:

Utilize all services and resources (including Additional Paid Services) provided by the Operator.

Use the Site and participate in Portal projects free of charge (excluding Additional Paid Services).
2. User Obligations
By complying with this Agreement, the User is obligated to:
Provide accurate information during registration on the Site.
Take all necessary measures to ensure the security of their Account and not grant access to third parties.
Upon the Operator's request, provide verification of personal data submitted during registration.
Follow the Operator's instructions within the Portal.
Respect the Operator's copyright and intellectual property rights on the Portal.
Comply with all terms of this Agreement without exception.
Use the Portal solely for entertainment purposes, without seeking profit.
4.3. User Prohibitions
While using the Operator's Portal, the User is prohibited from:
Exploiting site bugs, unauthorized access to databases/systems, modifying code, using malicious software, or gaining unfair advantages. Violations may result in penalties, including account suspension.
Restricting other Users' access to the Site.
Engaging in fraud or illegal activities.
Advertising unrelated content without the Operator's written permission.
Using profanity, threats, or distributing violent, hateful, pornographic, drug-related, or politically subversive content.
Disparaging the Portal, including outside its platforms.
The User agrees that their rights/obligations may be modified by the Operator, who will notify them via registered contact details or the Site.
4.4. Operator Rights
This Agreement grants the Operator the following rights:
Unilaterally expand, modify, terminate, or limit Services (including Paid Services) without prior notice.
Manage all Portal processes at their discretion, including suspending or altering them without notice.
Impose sanctions for violations of this Agreement.
Delete/modify User information on the Portal.
Monitor and retain User identification and statistical data.

Notify or warn Users about Agreement violations. All Operator directives must be strictly followed.
Modify or update the Portal without prior notice.
Operator inaction regarding User violations does not preclude future penalties.
4.5. Operator Obligations
As a party to this Agreement, the Operator is obligated to:
Address User inquiries and resolve disputes.
4.6. Limitation of Operator Liability
Operator is not liable for: Direct/indirect losses due to Portal use/unavailability, third-party actions, or unauthorized access to User data.
User statements, disseminated information, or unlawful actions on or off the Portal.
Lost access to the Portal due to User-provided registration data.
Loss of virtual assets acquired through Services/Paid Services.
Operator inaction does not negate future penalties.
User payments for Additional Paid Services and related costs.
Uninterrupted Portal operation.
User internet connectivity or data transfer speeds.
4.7. Operator Does Not Guarantee:
Uninterrupted, error-free Portal operation or access to Services/Paid Services.
That the Portal will meet User expectations.
Service quality matching User expectations.
The Operator is not required to provide evidence of User violations or penalties imposed.
The User uses the Portal and Site at their own risk, voluntarily, and waives material claims against the Operator.
5.1. Confidential Information — information obtained by the operator during the User's registration on the Website, as well as during visits to the Websites/Portal and participation in Portal events.
5.2. Confidential Information shall not be disclosed or transferred to third parties.
5.3. Personal data may be transferred by the Operator exclusively in the following cases:
Official request from law enforcement agencies (violation of local and international legislation).
User's personal consent.
Inability to use Services and Additional Paid Services on the Portals (the User is notified in advance).
Violations of the clauses of this Agreement (at the Operator's discretion).
5.4. The Operator ensures the security of the User's personal data using special software. In case of unauthorized access to the Portal/Website by third parties, the security of personal data is not guaranteed.
6.1. AT THE USER'S REQUEST, THE OPERATOR PROVIDES THEM WITH AN ADDITIONAL PAID SERVICE. IT ALLOWS THE USE OF ENHANCED PORTAL CAPABILITIES — RECEIVING GAME CURRENCY TO THEIR ACCOUNT BALANCE.
6.2. Additional Paid Services are not a mandatory condition for using the Portal or participating in Portal projects.
6.3. From the moment the Portal Operator debits the User's account, the Additional Paid Service is considered fully rendered and of proper quality.
6.4.1. In case of failure to provide services or deliver goods by the Operator within 30 working days, a full refund will be issued to the wallet from which the replenishment was made.
6.5. The User agrees that the Operator has the right to store personal information obtained during the purchase of Additional Paid Services.
6.6. The list of Additional Paid Services and their prices are published exclusively by the Operator on the Website/Portal. Any information or offers to purchase these services on third-party resources are considered fraudulent, for which the Operator is not responsible.
6.7. Methods and availability of purchasing Additional Paid Services are explained by the Operator on the Website.
6.8. The Operator does not provide explanations regarding the operation of payment systems used by the User to purchase Additional Paid Services, nor is it responsible for their proper functioning.
6.9. In case of technical malfunctions of the Websites or intentional actions by the User, as well as other cases where Additional Paid Services were provided without full/partial debiting of funds from the User's account, the User is obliged to notify the Operator of this fact. The User must then settle the resulting debt.
6.10. The Operator does not reimburse the User for unused (partially used) Additional Paid Services.
6.11. The User bears all financial expenses related to the acquisition (transfer of funds) of Additional Paid Services at their own expense. This includes: commissions, fees, and other expenses.
6.12. The User guarantees the Operator that they have all legal authority and rights to enter into this Agreement regarding Additional Paid Services.
6.13. If the User purchasing Additional Paid Services is under 18 years old, they must obtain prior consent from legal representatives for the financial transaction. The fact of purchasing Additional Paid Services confirms receipt of such consent from the legal representative. If necessary, the Operator may request written confirmation of consent and passport data to verify the User's age.
6.14. Full responsibility for the acquisition of Additional Paid Services lies with the User and their legal representatives.
6.15. Disputes regarding responsibility for purchasing Additional Paid Services with the Portal Operator are inadmissible.
6.16. The User may receive Additional Paid Services only after full payment of their cost.

8.3. Disputes between the parties shall first be resolved through pre-trial settlement via correspondence between the Operator and the User. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
8.4. This Agreement may be amended or supplemented by the Operator without prior notice to the User. Any changes take effect immediately after the revised Agreement is published on the Website. To avoid disputes, the User is obliged to independently check the Agreement text on the Website, where it is freely available. Failure to check the Agreement text by the User cannot serve as grounds for refusing to fulfill obligations. The revised Agreement has the same legal force as the original text after publication on the Website.

8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
9.1. The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
