When you top up your account, funds are credited to your internal 1RBX balance. Please note: this deposit is strictly for purchasing items and services on our website. The balance cannot be withdrawn back to a bank account, card, or crypto wallet.
Refund Policy and Partial Withdrawals
You are free to use your balance for any transactions on the site. However, there is a strict rule regarding refunds:
If you have used ANY part of your deposit, the remaining amount cannot be refunded. We do not process partial refunds. You can only request a refund if your initial deposit remains 100% unused.
