Payment options vary depending on your selected Region. If you don't see your country in the dropdown list, simply select the "Global" option to access international payment methods.
Deposit Fees: Do We Charge Commission?
1RBX.SHOP does not charge any fees for topping up your balance. However, a small fee may be charged by the payment provider (gateway) itself. This fee is set by your bank or payment system, not by 1RBX.SHOP.
Transaction Time: When Will Funds Arrive?
The average waiting time for funds to be credited is about 5 minutes. You can track the status of pending and completed payments in your profile under the "Transactions" tab. If the money hasn't arrived within a few hours, please contact our support team.
Transaction Cancelled but Money Deducted?
In such cases, the payment system should automatically refund the deducted amount. This process usually takes some time depending on your bank. If the money is not returned within a few hours, you should contact the support service of the payment provider you used.
Why Does the Payment Page Say I Am Blocked?
This issue is almost always related to the payment gateway (provider) rules. To resolve it, you need to contact the technical support of your payment provider. This block is external and not related to your 1RBX.SHOP account status.
