This Privacy Policy of personal data (hereinafter — Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the online store "1rbx", located at the domain name https://1rbx.shop, may receive about the User while using the website of the online store, programs, and products of the online store.

WHEN PAYING BY BANK CARD, PAYMENT SECURITY IS GUARANTEED BY THE UNITPAY PROCESSING CENTER.

THE UNITPAY PAYMENT SYSTEM HAS A CONFIRMED CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE WITH PCI DSS STANDARD REQUIREMENTS REGARDING THE STORAGE, PROCESSING, AND TRANSMISSION OF CARDHOLDER DATA. THE PCI DSS BANKING CARD SECURITY STANDARD IS SUPPORTED BY INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT SYSTEMS, INCLUDING MASTERCARD AND VISA, INC. THE UNITPAY SYSTEM IS ALSO A PARTICIPANT IN THE PCI DSS COMPLIANCE CONTROL COMPLIANCE PROCESS (P.D.C.P.). YOUR CONFIDENTIAL DATA REQUIRED FOR PAYMENT (CARD DETAILS, REGISTRATION DATA, ETC.) 3.1. 8.1. Before filing a lawsuit regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the Website and the Website Administration, it is mandatory to file a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notifies the claimant in writing about the results of the consideration of the claim.

8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

9.1. The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
